How Prismic turned 180+ event leads into personalized conversations in under an hour

The challenge

After every event, Prismic collects between 50 and 200 leads. Quick follow-up is essential. Making it personal? That used to be nearly impossible.

Sales typically followed up with emails. Occasionally, they'd add a short note based on booth conversations. But this kind of personalization was only feasible for a handful of top accounts. Scaling that effort meant slowing down or sending generic messaging. We needed both speed and relevance. We couldn’t get both - until now.

The solution

Ahead of our most recent event, we planned carefully. Marketing collaborated with Sales to shape follow-up messaging and created a base landing page featuring our event content, products, and solutions.

When the attendee list arrived, we got moving.

We cross-referenced each lead with our booth notes. If we lacked specific insights, we made informed assumptions based on things like company name, industry, company size and role - all inputs that we got from the event attendee list.
