No more broken links: auto-publication of related documents!

Written by Renaud in Announcement on March 08,2017

Defining relationships between custom types is a pretty handy way to managing links between your web pages. Let's say you define a product custom type which you can link to a certain category or collection.

Now imagine that you've defined new products that link to new categories. If you forget to publish the collections before publishing the new products, it can result in broken links in your website. This can be quite annoying and unpredictable. But not anymore!

Publish linked documents too!

From now on, will notify you if you are producing a broken link when you publish a document. It will conveniently suggest that you publish the linked document as well. This will work the same way when you move a document to a release :)
