The challenge: a monolithic setup made content creation too slow and too technical

Previously, CHASIN’ operated on a monolithic Magento system, which offered limited flexibility and scalability. Although the transition to Magento (Adobe Commerce) brought some improvements, the front end remained limited in terms of capabilities.

One of the main reasons for moving away from this setup was the belief that a single platform cannot effectively cover multiple specialized areas — especially when it comes to tools like a Content Management System (CMS). CHASIN’ needed greater flexibility and speed in content management and aimed to optimize both the user experience and conversion rates.

The goal was to implement a modern, redesigned front end paired with a CMS that enables fast and intuitive content creation. Managing content — such as building landing pages or updating product images — had previously been a cumbersome process, often requiring manual HTML editing. This not only made workflows inefficient but also created a dependency on a small group of technically skilled team members, limiting broader contribution.

With Prismic, we found a CMS that aligned with CHASIN’ needs and vision. It empowers our content teams to work more independently and efficiently, enabling a faster go-to-market approach.

The results: faster page creation and a more dynamic shopping experience

Thanks to Prismic's CMS, CHASIN’ can now set up content pages, lister pages (PLP) and campaigns more quickly. Additionally, smart product integrations have been added:

  • On the product overview page, all product images are now displayed directly, and users can add products to their shopping cart with just one click.
  • Prismic allows rich content to be added to product listing pages (PLPs), such as videos and banners.
  • Product mapping enables the placement of interactive pins in banners, allowing users to be directly linked to the relevant product detail page (PDP).
