  3. Prohibition of All Forms of Corruption: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of corruption or bribery.
  4. Reasonable Acceptance of Gifts and Invitations:We accept gifts and invitations solely when they are modest, occasional, and directly tied to a particular business or cultural event. Monetary gifts, including gift cards, are to be declined. Any gift with the potential to influence our business decisions will be declined as well.
  5. Prevention of Conflicts of Interest: We identify, disclose, and manage conflicts of interest to ensure they do not compromise our integrity.
  6. Protection of Assets and Personal Information: In compliance with applicable laws, we safeguard company assets and personal information with the utmost care.
  7. Trade Restrictions and International Sanctions: We comply with trade restrictions and international sanctions in our international dealings.
  8. Information Transparency: We communicate openly and transparently with our stakeholders, ensuring that they are well-informed about our activities, decisions, and performance.

2. Social Responsibility

  1. Prohibition of Child and Forced Labor: We absolutely prohibit the use of child and forced labor in any aspect of our business.
  2. Wages and Benefits and Working Hours: We provide fair wages, benefits, and reasonable working hours to our employees.
  3. Prohibition of Discrimination: We treat all employees and stakeholders with respect and do not discriminate based on any characteristic.
  4. Prohibition of Harassment and Abuse: We maintain a harassment-free workplace and do not tolerate any form of abuse or bullying.
  5. Workplace Health and Safety: We prioritize the health and safety of our employees and take proactive measures to ensure it.
  6. Freedom of Association: We respect the right of our employees to associate freely and engage in collective bargaining.

3. Reporting and Accountability

We encourage all employees and stakeholders to report any concerns or violations of this Code through established channels. 

4. Revisions and communication process

Prismic is committed  to regularly updating and improving its Code of Conduct, seeking input from stakeholders, educating employees, communicating transparently, and ensuring accountability to uphold our ethical standards and earn trust. This code of conduct will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and compliant with regulations and company requirements. Prismic will make reasonable effort to apply necessary revisions in a timely manner.
