We’re committed to keeping you informed with clear, timely updates about your resource usage. To help you stay on top of your API call volume and CDN bandwidth — and avoid any surprises — we’re launching usage notification emails.

Why these emails

Staying on top of your resource usage matters—especially when you’re close to hitting plan limits. These proactive alerts are here to give you a heads-up, so you can manage your usage confidently and make informed decisions about your plan.

How it works

Our system monitors your API calls and CDN bandwidth usage based on your current plan. You’ll automatically receive email notifications at key thresholds to help you stay informed and in control.

• Quota alerts: As your usage approaches your plan’s included quota, you’ll receive alerts at 80%, 90%, and 100%.
• Limit alerts: If your usage exceeds the included quota and approaches your plan’s hard limit, you’ll receive additional alerts at 80%, 90%, and 100% of the limit — giving you time to take action.
• At 100%: The final alert lets you know you’ve reached the limit. At that point, your plan is automatically upgraded to the next tier that matches your usage — ensuring uninterrupted service and fair resource allocation.

These emails ensure you have multiple notifications before hitting critical usage points or triggering a plan change.
